30-day returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery and offer a money-back refund.

For a change-of-mind return, the buyer pays the return postage.

Arranging a return

Email info@nolemonsrecords.com with your order number to arrange your return and obtain return instructions.

Faulty or incorrectly described records

If your record arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us. We cover reasonable return postage where required by law. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

Your cancellation rights

For UK online orders, you can also cancel without giving a reason by telling us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have a further 14 days to send it back. We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, including standard outbound delivery charges where applicable. Any extra cost for an upgraded delivery service is not included.
